JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will meet and assist people who, due to various disabilities or age, cannot manage their daily lives independently. You can work either in home care, where you visit and assist each client in their home, or at one of our two care and nursing homes. We also need substitute staff for personal assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work with us, you should be responsible and have a good work ethic. We are looking for positive employees who have a good attitude towards everyone, including our citizens, relatives, and colleagues, regardless of profession. You need to have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written communication to interact with the person you are assisting, manage documentation, and communicate with other care providers and relatives.

You must be able to work irregular hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly nights. During the summer, we have two vacation periods: the first from week 25-28 and the second from week 29-32.

Before starting your introduction at the workplace, you will undergo a digital basic training in care and support through the knowledge portal Evikomp.

Work Permit
